BOIYC Plan for the week
we are all back to school and work and life has some sort of routine again.
Just a reminder its the start of the term again and our sailing fees are due. If you haven’t come sailing for a while now is a great time to start. for those that did learn to sail this summer join in with our Friday night or Sunday morning sailing.

youth classes and Feva coaching
focus is on sail trim, talk about trimming to heading and trimming through gusts and lulls.

Drill 1 long upwind speed test
Drill 2 down wind speed test
Drill 3 start line figure 8
Driil 4 Make a plan then race. 3min starts

DD GOLD Friday night fun sailing 330-630
Drill 1 sail around the box listen for whistles 1234
Drill 2 Ball tag in the box
Drill 3 capsize start, reaching, down wind reech capsize finish

COPTHORNE Saturday coaching 2-5pm (youth classes and feva welcome)
Come down to the club jump in a chase boat or your boat and watch the foiling boats racing!!

ITM Sunday am coaching 10am-1pm
Come down to the club jump in a chase boat or your boat and watch the foiling action.

COUNTDOWN Sunday club racing 1230-4pm
No sunday racing due to foiling regatta

North sails coaching Tuesday 330-630pm
talking rules and tactics
1 busy bottom mark
2 busy top mark
3 sprint inner loop races
4 1 long inner loop race (homework tell coach your plan then execute.)
