BOIYC Plan for the week
Hi all its the final run of sailing before winter begins its usually a lovely and calm couple of months in autumn to finish of the summer. If you Paid for coaching this summer it last until the end of may so if you havnt been sailing for a while come back and join us.
We are going to encourage the kids to sail 2 handed boats more over winter but bics starlings and lasers will still be catered for.

Here is the Plan:
ITM Sunday am coaching will start again next week.

COUNTDOWN Sunday club racing

Tuesday 330-630pm
COPTHORNE 2 handed coaching
NORTH SAILS single handed coaching
Focus on planning for winter season and rule 42 pumping rocking ooching.
Drill 1 Roll tacks and Gybes
Drill 2 upwind pumping and torquing
Drill 3 Downwind pumping rocking
Race to finish Trapezoid

Thursday Bemco coaching 330-630
Youth classes boats
Skills and roundings.
Drill 1 down wind triangle
Drill 2 backwards sailing sitting on the start line backing the jib
Drill 3 Jib trim drill follow the coach boat.
Drill 4 w/l races

Friday DD gold coaching 330-630
Glow stick night (Bring your glow in the dark stuff for a fun evening sail)
REMEMBER… if your paid up for sailing this summer you can still sail until the end of May.
Fun sail to Fiji Island eat some chips and lollies then sail back to the club and watch your glow sticks glow!! Bring some flashing lights too lets see who has the brightest boat.
